Experienced Glazier - Accepting Applications

We are a local Commercial & Residential glass company that started in Portland in 1970. We are looking for a quality, skilled and experienced individual to join our amazing team and we are currently hiring experienced Glaziers specializing in Storefront, Doors & Hardware.
The job does require heavy lifting, ladder work, and at times you will be working outdoors in the unpredictable weather of the Pacific Northwest.
This is intricate work, and the ideal candidate would be detail oriented and take great pride in their work. We are looking for applicants with previous commercial storefront, door & hardware experience.
We are looking for individuals that are reliable, enthusiastic, flexible, detailed, able to assess and comprehend the job scope, communicate effectively, that truly care about the work they do and positively set the tone for other co-workers on the job.
The job also requires a clean driving record, as driving a company vehicle is part of the job. We will be doing a background check and drug screen as well.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in storefront, doors & hardware.
- Proficient in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to glass installation
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
